Available functionality good enough, but not getting it right

The selection of restaurants in Berlin is good, the ability ot order is good, the delivery is fast. The problem is that this app does only the basics. It does not offer the ability to rate the food, the restaurant, or the delivery. Nor does it offer the ability to tip the delivery person. Ther is no feedback to the restaurant, or the delivery person, so there will never be a cycle for improvement. This app is not integrating itself into the life of its participants, so I dont expect it stay alive for more than a couple of years.
