Generally a good idea and service. Strongly downvoted for luring the user into the app with a notifications "Look at great offers in your area" when there is in fact no coverage. (Espoo vs Helsinki)

Saw the foodora cyclists in Frankfurt a. M. and was excited to see they also have a branch over in Wiesbaden. Looking forward to a delicious lunch I downloaded this app. Its not over laden but straightforward, easy to use and pleasant to look at. But then, big disappointment! Foodora only delivers to a small certain region, my guess is only to the city center. Take it out only 3 kilometers from there and youre not served. What a shame :( Hope the delivery radius will expand more. App deleted.

This was good until it wasnt. I found out a week later that I ve been overcharged. When I reached out no one took accountability and I found out that they put an unauthorized credit card hold on my account. Now I have to chase my own cash. Buyers beware !! Overcharges and unauthorized credit holds.

Cost is pretty much identical to UberEats, but its nice to have choice. Im hoping that Foodora can try to undercut Uber.

I like that you get updates when youre food is ordered, ready for picked up and on the way.

The delivery people are always so kind, even when biking in the rain. Keep up the wonderful service :)

Glitches happen but its how a company deals with it that separates a good product from a bad one... Foodora has been excellent in resolving the hiccups that Ive encountered! Thumbs up!

I dont get all the push notifications for every status change properly. It seems to work on and off differently between each release. SMS worked perfectly though before I found the iPhone app.

Ive used a few food delivery services in Toronto and this is by far my favourite. Great selection, fast service, the tracking lets you know exactly where your food is.

Your app and website user experience is terrible. You guys need some seriously help. Ever since you took over hurrier in Toronto, its been a free fall. I would love to speak to someone in your actual business other than you support desk - unhelpful is an understatement.

Ive use the app a few times now and have no comments really other than its quick its simple and convenient.
