Excellent delivery time. Good was hot and well organized. Drivers are courteous and friendly.

The food is awesome and the timing is really good, but the $15 minimum order is expensive. Im already paying for the delivery, so I feel like if I want to buy a $12 dish I shouldnt have to pay $3.50 delivery + $3 difference. Other than that I highly recommend this app.

I love how easy it is to order great food from around the city to your house or office! Progressively become more and more expensive with fewer and fewer options, and poor customer service to boot. Lots of other options these days at better prices, better options and better service.

This is my favourite app for food delivery. Delivery fee is very reasonable, food is delivered quickly, and you can track exactly where it is in the process.

The only thing I would suggest is adjusting the delivery fee to compete with other apps offering same restaurants for free delivery and cheaper

There are a lot of other apps out there especially that deliver in Toronto, this ones one of the top 2, I only wish it had a few more vegan places to choose from :)

If you wanted to be lied to, accused of not knowing how to operate their app, rude drivers, and rolling the dice on whether you get the items you ordered this is the service for you. One star.

Foodora customer service is terrible, the delivery times are even worse, and a $7 coupon just isnt enough to keep us as customers. Yesterday was the third late delivery weve had. For one order from fresh, half the food was left out and by the time it arrived, was cold and inedible. An order from Za Pizzeria was 20 minutes late. Yesterday the delivery was 50 minutes late!!! And we had pre-ordered it more than an hour before we wanted to eat. There is no phone number to call. The live chat was not responsive. We sent repeated emails and the next day foodora emailed $7 coupon for a future order. Thats nothing compared to what we spent on cold food that arrived late. After 3 botched deliveries, we wont be using foodora and will tell everyone we know NOT to use foodora. Lucky for us, the restaurants we like also use other app companies to deliver so we dont need foodora.

Love it! Super easy to use! One of my go-to apps

I hate food apps that give you a small window for food delivery. They advertise on that. However, it is so not true!! Foodora says your food will be delivered in 30 minutes. So if I ordered at 10 it will be delivered by 10.30. But at 10:34 the restaurant just accepted my order!! Right now is 10:41 and my order isnt even picked up! This was my first order! And last! They set the bar high and they will never reach it.
