Theyre so fast and customer service is great. Dont know what I would do without this app

Love it. Some restaurants charge more for Foodora orders, but overall, its a wonderful thing to get delivery from favorite spots that dont otherwise deliver.

The selection of restaurants in Berlin is good, the ability ot order is good, the delivery is fast. The problem is that this app does only the basics. It does not offer the ability to rate the food, the restaurant, or the delivery. Nor does it offer the ability to tip the delivery person. Ther is no feedback to the restaurant, or the delivery person, so there will never be a cycle for improvement. This app is not integrating itself into the life of its participants, so I dont expect it stay alive for more than a couple of years.

Thats one hell of a food delivery service. Great food selection, extremely fast and very professional. Finally the food gods have answered my prayers.

The first time i used Foodora it was ok but the second time was a disgrace, the food arrived late, cold, open boxes inside the bag (burgers out the bun and their box) , fries boxes that had 52 grams of fries (I actually weighed them because it looked like an empty big box of fries) and when I called support they just said someone will call me (still waiting) and then sent me an automated email to rate their support as I have sent a complain email with pictures of their delivery... No more foodora for me.

I only use foodora now. App is elegant and straight-forward, no excess bells n whistles while providing everything that matters. And service is very consistent, food quality and fast delivery.
